Policies and Refund Information
Payment Policies
Payment of fees are due 10 days prior to the tournament. Teams that drop
the week of the event will forfeit their entry fee. Any payments due
at the event must be paid in cash. Texas Elite Baseball registration fees do not include Sanction, Qualifier insurance or gate fees. Teams are responsible for supplying
registration numbers/copies or they will be charged the registration fees.
Sanction discounts are already taken into account on our posted
fees. Each location has their own specific gate fees. Please check the detail
page for each tournament for this information and pass it on to your
parents. These policies do not apply to World Series Events. Please see World
Series Policy Information. |
Rainout Information - In the event of weather posing a problem at a tournament, information will be posted on our website's home page as well as the bracket page.
In addition, we will have recorded information at 512-689-4599.
Rainout Refunds
In the event of a rainout the following refunds will be processed:
For a 3 game guarantee:
Zero games played = Entry fee less $35
One game played = 65% Entry fee or 75 % credit to a future event
Two games played = 25% Entry fee or 35% credit to a future event
For a 4 game guarantee
Zero games played = Entry fee less $35
One game played = 65% Entry fee or 75 % credit to a future event
Two games played = 40%of Entry fee or 50% credit to a future event
Three games played = 25% Entry fee or 35% credit to a future event
Once time has started on a game it is considered played.

Awards during a rainout event
In the event of a rainout, awards will be given based on the number of teams remaining when that number is equal to
or less than the number of awards initially set to be awarded.
For example: If brackets are noted to be giving 1st - 4th place awards and there are four teams remaining at the time of the rainout, awards will be given to those four teams.
However, if brackets are noted to be giving 1st - 4th place awards and there are six teams remaining at the time of a rainout, then no awards will be given.
In addition, awards will be
distributed by the seedings of the remaining teams.
